Web Traffic Tool (COR)

I'd like to be able to show cause and effect in the timeline in the over Time Metrics section by annotating events like a price change, a publication campaign, or other activity so that I can show my seller the web traffic changes that resulted from that event.

I would like to see the Web Traffic Report for each open rental I list as well as each open rental ad (on any open listing). We had this in Citi-Habitats so we could see if our ads are effective. Also, it would be nice to have the report showing which listings people are looking for, so we know what to advertise. We used to get weekly reports on how many bedrooms, $ ranges etc. on web ads. I'd like to be able to import Web Traffic Tool reports directly into a Corcoran Presentations slide so that I can show them as part of a Seller Presentation or Pitch.

I'd like to set up automated emails from the Web Traffic Tool to myself or my clients for specific listings that will automatically send the report every week or every two weeks.

Would like to have a help button so when a listing isn't showing up or there is some other issue with a listing a help ticket could be started directly to the web team rather than going thru admins or the help desk.

I'd like to be able to click on a link from my listing in Resource to directly access the Web Traffic Tool report instead of accessing the report from eCorcoran.

I'd like to see high level demographic information about the users who visited my listing detail page, for example, age range, gender, geographic location. I'd like to share my Web Traffic Tool report using other channels like SMS, Whatsapp since my seller prefers those methods of communication instead of email.
