Add a new status to Trident for deals where the funds have been added but the office/CP is waiting for additional information/documents before it can be closed. This new status (hold or something of the sort) could stop the timer for the days to pay so that it won't count against anyone. Once the office/CP has what is needed to close the deal, the status can be changed to start the timer again.
